i have stumbled into a new diet; here's what i have up until 2 pm:

  • fruit (bananas, satsunas and crisp red apples)
  • lots of water
  • two triple espressos over ice
  • one sesame bagel
  • vitamins (including a stress tab to balance the caffeine intake)

it's totally working, except i think i may have kidney stones in my legs.
